A person’s new idea or time-saving efforts can be replicated by others to better Team performance. Afterall Michael Angelo’s sculpture was done by removing the unnecessary stones. Quality circle in those days was a management concept involving each of the employees in making value addition to the Organization.
A Team never lacks in steam as the goals are shared equally. Any improvisation or innovation is possible only when the Team members think of a new idea and share it with others too! Each of us hold an Alladin’s Lamp in our hands and if we rub it with all force, the genie of creativity will come out to do wonders for us.
Remember The Turtle and Hare race of olden days, where each was trying to outwit eachother in land and water. Then they thought a combined effort will bring something better! So, in land the Hare held the Turle on its head and ran fast. In the waters, the Turtle held the hare on its back and swam across to the bank. They travelled together to enjoy the best of the woods.
